Civil Engineer – Entry Level/Project Engineer II
Job Description
Herbert E. MacCombie, Jr., P.E., Consulting Engineers and Surveyors, Inc. is currently seeking recent college graduates for an entry level position as a project engineer. The
project engineer will focus on land development design and assist our civil engineers in the land
development design process. In addition, various other tasks will be assigned to support the municipal
engineering department.

Job Description
Herbert E. MacCombie, Jr., P.E., Consulting Engineers and Surveyors, Inc. is in search of a Licensed
Professional Engineer, with Municipal experience. Serve on our team as a capable and efficient engineer
and make major design determinations under the general direction of the Senior Engineers at our
Marple and/or Valley Township offices. Experience should include but not be limited to Chapter 102,
NPDES, Chapter 105 permitting, Municipal Separate Storm Sewer Systems (MS4) permitting and
reporting, as well as Subdivision and Land Development. We offer a very competitive compensation and
